- The issue is related to damaged, defective, or incorrect product received
2. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will NOT be accepted if:
- The product has been used or consumed
- The package is torn, opened, or damaged
- The request is made after 3 days of delivery
- Damage is caused due to mishandling after delivery
3. Replacement Process
To request a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

- Clear images of the product and packaging
- Brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at our discretion.
